This is a HUGE 43 page document that you print and pop in a binder or folder and work on each day/night for the month, The PDF provides space for your child to write about their fears and worries which will alllow the open communication between you both to discuss these. 

Leave it with me was a concept I developed while working with thousands of young people who needed someone to talk to, someone to help them understand, and someone to allow space for them to work out their thoughts and feelings.

The key to making this tool work for you is consistency, making sure each night before bed you take a couple of minutes to fill in your days activity. There is 3 Feelings pages at the end of the weeks activities that can be used through out the week when your feelings or emotions are too big and your need some help working through them.
